Caught the X4 down to Cardiff at 10.45 for free ( bus passes ). First port of call O`neil`s upstairs by St John`s for lunch. Baroccos next for one then onto the Brewery Qtr. to meet JP at 12.30. The Yard was packed so had drinks from Lava Lava and drank them outside. Good atmosphere here. Took our seats for the match with 10 minutes to spare. Gave the Springboks 10 points start in first 9 minutes and 3 - 20 down at half-time. Second half was brilliant and we should have won. Final score 20-15. Met up outside the Yard for one then caught taxi down the bay. One in the Packet and another in Eli Jenkins before going to The Cafe Rouge for superb meal and two bottles of wine. Taxi back to Ponty and called in the `stute for nightcap. Home by 12.00. A fine day all round.
