WALES v FRANCE 17th March 2012 GRAND SLAM MATCH
What a marvellous day in Cardiff for the GRAND SLAM game. We intended catching the 10am X4 bus down to Cardiff, but Jan fell as we were running for it. Back to the house for repairs before catching the 10.30 X4. Full breakfast in The Loui to settle our stomachs. Met up with old friends in The Barocco bar for a few drinks to get us in the mood before the game.
Great game 16 - 9 to Wales, GRAND SLAM CHAMPIONS. A few more beers to celebrate before going to The Spice Quarter for songs and a curry. 9.45 train back to Ponty.
